Tip: Place boxes and books on top of the table before covering with a table cloth for a dramatic effect to display the serving plates. Accent the table with picture frames with Award Show Nominee Signs or Personalize them to include guests.

Bake your favorite cupcake recipe and top with butter cream icing. Chop mini marshmallows into halves or quarters and sprinkle over each cupcake. For an added touch, add some Wilton Butter Flavor to random marshmallows to give it a buttered popcorn look.

Tip: You can purchase red and white stripe cupcake lines online from most party supply stores like Oriental Trading or cut strips of scrapbook paper and adhere to plain liners.

Hang Red or Gold Fabric (or curtains if you have them available) along a wall where your guests will likely enter from. Cut a plastic Red table runner, from a party supply store, in half and roll it along the floor for a red carpet walkway. This is a cheap fix if you can't find a red carpet runner from an online party store. Birthday Express carries a polyester runner for under $7.
