13th annual Holiday Light Show
Girl Scouts of Suffolk County and Executive Steve Bellone have extended the 13th annual Holiday Light Show at Smith Point County Park. additional dates are December 26th through December 30th, from 5-10 PM. Don’t miss the favorite annual light show, now in an all-new location to accommodate more visitors this holiday season. Admission is $20 per car ($40 for mini bus, $70 for coach or school bus) Proceeds from the holiday show will go to benefit various Girl Scout programs, outreach services and to maintain stewardship of Girl Scouts of Suffolk County’s Bayport and Yaphank camp properties.
A Christmas Carol
Treat the whole family to the 1843 Charles Dickens’ classic, A Christmas carol, at Theatre Three in Port Jefferson. Shows running now through December 30th. Follow the journey of Ebenezer Scrooge as he learns the true meaning of Christmas—past, present and future. New Year Ball The Maritime Explorium
Now thru January 2nd, from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM treat the kids to a lesson in geometry through creativity. Explore the principles of geometry, while designing a unique Times Square Ball! The Maritime Explorium is the perfect daytime adventure for the whole family, featuring hands-on interactive investigation with nautically themed science based exhibits and activities. Get Crafty at Art & Soul
On Tuesday, December 27th from 11:00 am to 2:00pm, treat the kids to making a variety of emoji charms and key chains out of polymer clay at Art & Soul Studio in Nesconset.
