The Guide Dog Foundation’s Inaugural Stroll & Roll

Looking for an event the whole family can enjoy? Bring your furry best friend to the inaugural Guide Dog Foundation Stroll & Roll, Sunday, September 28, 2014, at The Rinx in Hauppauge.  Fundraising efforts for the bike ride and dog stroll goes towards the training and placing of specially trained guide dogs for people who are blind or have low vision.

The 2-mile hike through Hidden Pond Park offers extraordinary views and colorful fall foliage. Bringing your dog to participate is encouraged but not mandatory. All are welcome to join in supporting the Guide Dog Foundation’s mission to improve the quality of life for people who are blind, visually impaired, or who have other special needs by providing guide dogs free of charge.
