Suffolk County Police: Mother Sought in Abduction of Five-Year-Old Son

Suffolk County Police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding a five year old boy who was allegedly abducted by his mother.  Kristin Kapp of Stony Brook was ordered to turn her son, Sebastian Parsons-Kapp, over to Suffolk County Child Protective Services. After ignoring officials, a warrant was issued for Child Neglect by Family Court on April 27th. On Tuesday, June 9th, a missing child report was filed by Sebastian’s father, who previously had been served an order of protection forbidding contact with the child.
