Suffolk County Legislator Rob Trotta Recognizes Scouts at Ceremony
Suffolk County Legislator Robert Trotta attended the Girl Scouts of Suffolk County’s Gold Award Ceremony, where several scouts from his district were recognized for achieving the Gold Award. This is the highest honor one can achieve in Girl Scouting. “These young women who earned this award exemplify the values of leadership, character and volunteer service that are inherent in Girl Scouts and I congratulate them, their parents and scout leaders. This is a tremendous accomplishment and I applaud each one of them,” said Suffolk County Legislator Rob Trotta.

Legislator Robert Trotta represents the 13th Legislative District, which includes Smithtown, Fort Salonga, Kings Park, San Remo, Nissequogue, Head of the Harbor, and St. James, as well as most of East Northport and parts of Northport and Commack.
Legislator Trotta serves on the Legislature’s Budget & Finance, Education & Information Technology, Health and the Humans Services and Ways & Means Committees.
