A Blood shortage emergency has been declared in Suffolk County by the New York Blood Center. Due to the shortage, Police Commissioner, Tim Sini has announced a special Community Blood Drive, held today, July 12th, 2016. Suffolk County Police Community Blood Drive, will take place at Babylon Town Hall, located at 200 East Sunrise Highway, in Lindenhurst, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. All who donate “whole blood” will also get a pair of free Mets tickets.

Where to donate:
There are a number of Blood Drive locations within our area, to give blood. If you can’t make the trip to Lindenhurst today, and Mets tickets aren’t as important as giving to save another, stop by any of the following locations, during the scheduled dates and times.
