Tomorrow is Halloween and that means a weekend filled with Trick-or-treating, Candy binging and worrying about your children’s safety. If you don’t have the energy to walk house to house in hopes of filling that plastic jack-o-lantern with candy, fear not! Fall Fun at BB&GG
Smithtown Today’s favorite gardening headquarters, BB & GG is home to Smithtown’s most spectacular Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch. Relax along a beautiful hayride, savor real farm to mouth roasted corn and stop by the Nurseries farm stand for the freshest fruits, vegetables and gorgeous hand-picked bouquets. Bill Borella and his tight knit staff (who seem more like a family) maintain the endless farmland, brimming with huge pumpkins and a variety of gourds, you can pick in the patch or grab one from the nursery, which is also filled with great Halloween decor, available for purchase. The Haunted House at Deepwells
The Deepwells Farm Historical Society presents its annual SCARY Haunted Mansion.This is one spooky haunting, filled with life like ghosts and ghouls, terrifying sound and lighting effects. Free Admission. Hours: Saturday, Oct. 25, from 6- 9 p.m.; Sunday, Oct 26 after the Lake Avenue Halloween Parade – around 3-5 p.m. Halloween Night – Friday, Oct. 31, from 7-10 p.m. Deepwells Farm Park is located at 25A (631) 862-2020.
The Wicked Witch of Wicks
The famous giant witch at Wicks Farm is a testament to the spectacular Halloween events held each year. Scenic hayrides down a decorated trail, spooky hollow, giant pumpkin and carving contents will keep the entire family entertained. Satisfy appetites with fresh picked farm stand goodies. Fright Night Haunted House at Karts Indoor Raceway
Thirteen rooms of terror fit for grown ups at Karts Indoor Raceway’s Fright Night Haunted House This walk-through is so terrifying it will scare you into running through! Since this may give children nightmares for the next year, the Raceway is offering a Kids Spooky Walk between the hours of 11am and 6pm daily. Fright Night is open Friday, Saturday from 7-11 PM and Sunday from 7-10pm. Admission is $13 per person, $5 for Kids and Groups of 5 or more are $10 per person.
