According to Smithtown’s resident renaissance woman; Pat Biancaniello, this idea came to Thomas McCaffery; the Town’s Superintendent of Recreation. McCaffery has been a busy man assuring the pools are in mint condition, while his staff has been prepping for one mega-sized pool party celebration. Thanks to speedy notice, tickets had sold out within a few weeks of the town’s recreation guide release. Over 70 names have received a wait list status to attend the party.

Sea Crystal Pools and the Smithtown 350 foundation have provided the event with a stellar spread of barbecue catering. Ice Cream to cool the kids down has been sponsored by Lessings. This Family Swim Night is just one of the many wonderful celebrations happening in the coming months as we approach Smithtown’s big 3-5-0.
