Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are asking for assistance in identifying a man who robbed 7-eleven in Nesconset two days ago. On Tuesday, August 25, a man entered the Sheppard Lane 7-Eleven, in Nesconset at approximately 12:30 a.m. The alleged assailant, pointed a handgun at the clerk, took the cash from the register and stole cash from the victim. The suspect fled on foot, heading eastbound on Sheppard Lane.
The Suffolk County Police have released a description of the suspect, as a muscular, white male with a goatee. The Suspect is believed to be in his early to mid-30s, is approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 230 pounds. He was wearing a blue t-shirt, cargo shorts and a black cap at the time of the Robbery.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for any information, leading to an arrest.
