Legislator Trotta Attends Kings Park Cub Scouts’ Arrow of Light

Suffolk County Legislator Robert Trotta attended the Kings Park Cub Scout Pack 379 Blue & Gold Banquet where eight scouts were awarded the Arrow of Light, the highest award in Cub Scouting, earned by Webelos, who are now eligible to join a Boy Scout Troop.

In order to achieve this level in cub scouting, each young man must be active in their dens for at least six months and earn the following badges: Webelos, Fitness, Citizen, Readyman, and Outdoorsman, as well as four elective badges and complete the Honesty Character Connection.

Legislator Trotta congratulated the cub scouts on their accomplishments and wished them much success in their future scouting endeavors.

Legislator Robert Trotta represents the 13th Legislative District, which includes Smithtown, Fort Salonga, Kings Park, San Remo, Nissequogue, Head of the Harbor, and St. James, as well as most of East Northport and parts of Northport and Commack.

Legislator Trotta serves on the Legislature’s Budget & Finance, Education & Information Technology, Health and the Humans Services and Ways & Means Committees.
