Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are asking members of the community for assistance in finding those responsible for stealing a truck from Harbor Collision on New Years Day. Authorities state that a 2001 International flatbed truck was stolen from the parking lot of Harbor Collision in St. James. The theft took place at the Auto-Body Shop, located at 931 Middle Country Road, on January 1st at approximately 8:30 p.m.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest of the person or people who stole the vehicle earlier this month. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
