Fall Gardening: No Two Mums about it!

This weekend weather forecast is calling for a dose of summer, with sunny skies and 80 degree highs. By now, the summer landscape is starting to wilt, but that doesn’t mean you have to pack in the gardening tools for the season just yet. We’ve found a few beautiful plants that will preserve your landscaped yard through the fall.

Replace the Fall Go-To Mums with Aster for beautiful pathways filled with tiny flowers.

These daisy like flowers come in an assortment of beautiful colors and will remain gorgeous until the grounds frost.

A beautiful replacement to the black eyed susan, which sadly reaching the end of their season. Rudebeckia is available in different color variations and is resilient through the fall.

Arrange yellow and purple violets around the edges of flower beds, tall ornamental grasses and shrubs for a refreshing reminiscence of summer.

These little clusters of blue flowers, surrounded by luscious green foliage make this a perfect plant for almost any part of the garden.

These exotic orchid like stems are so enchanting, they will make the garden feel like its a magical woodland fairyland. Add some candles and decorative globe lights and its a perfect spot for a romantic evening, next time the kids are at a sleepover.
