Easter Weekend Fun Guide

You don’t have to be catholic to enjoy a good Easter Egg hunt or Spring Fair. There’s plenty Easter weekend fun to had, happening right our community. So break out the camera and get ready for a weekend of egg-cellent, fun-filled memories.

Deepwells Mansion Egg Hunt

On Saturday, March 26th bring the little ones to Deepwells Farm for the St. James Chamber of Commerce Annual Egg Hunt! This event is perfect for children ages 1-10. Bring a camera and a big basket for photo’s with the Easter Bunny and plenty of Eggs to bring home! Event is Free for children up to age 10.

Sweetbriar Nature Center’s Spring Festival

On Saturday March 26th, 2016 from noon-4 PM, head over to the Spring Festival at Sweetbriar Nature Center. Enjoy a day filled with fun activities including face painting, egg hunts, games, wildlife programs, stories and a special guest appearance from the Easter Bunny himself! Admission is $10 for children, $5 for Adults. No reservations or registration in advance is required.

Benner’s Farm Egg Hunt

Saturday and Sunday (March 26th & 27th) from Noon- 4PM treat your kids to an ultimate Easter Egg hunt and petting zoo. Benner’s Farm offers three separate egg hunts for different age groups. The farm will also have a special Spring Flowers available for purchase. Egg Times: 1 PM, 2:30 PM and 3:45. Admission is $6 for children, $8 for adults. BYOB: Bring your own basket

Breakfast with the Easter Bunny

Enjoy a special breakfast with the Easter Bunny this Saturday. On March 26th, 2016 from 10:30-12:30 The Knights of Columbus Council #821 will host a special breakfast in Travis Hall. Admission is $6 for Children, ages 3+ and Adults. A special Egg Hunt will follow at St. Joseph Church.
