Transformations Counseling – Couples Therapy
It is our belief that problems in relationships is due to emotional disconnect. Unlike traditional methods of couples counseling, whose focus is on improving communication and problem solving, we help couples get to the underlying, deeper issues. We help them identify their longings and needs so that they can ask for what they need and want. We help them understand their pattern of interaction so they can understand how they effect each other and then help them to learn to ask for what they need in a way that can be heard.
